AGENDA:
• Confirm the minutes of the last preceding Annual General Meeting.
• Receive from the Board of Management reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year.
• Receive Financial and auditors reports and appoint auditor for the ensuing year.
• To elect officers of the Association and the ordinary members of the Board of Management. The following positions are up for election:
- 2l. (1) The officers of the Association shall be:
(a) A Chairman elected by the members at the AGM in each even year.
- 22 (b) (i) 3 Board Members nominated for the positions pursuant to rule 22(1) (c) shall be elected at the AGM in each even year. For a two year period
- In accordance with Rule 22 (3) a casual vacancy one position is available for a period of 12 months.
As per the Incorporations rules Nomination forms will need to be received by Swan Hill Incorporated no later than 5pm on Monday November 9th 2020.
