Terms and Conditions – Weber Q Shop Local Promotion

  1. Eligibility:

    • The promotion is open to all individuals aged 13 years and older.

    • Employees of Swan Hill Incorporated and their immediate families are not eligible to enter from purchases made in their own business.

  2. Promotion Period:

    • Entries are open from 8:00 am on April 1st, 2025 to 12 pm on April 18th, 2025.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Make a purchase at any participating business during the promotion period.

    • Scan the provided QR code to access the entry form.

    • Complete the form and upload a clear image of your receipt as proof of purchase.

  4. Entry Requirements:

    • Each receipt qualifies as one entry.

    • Receipts must clearly display the date, store name, and transaction amount.

    • Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

  5. Prize:

    • One (1) winner will receive a Weber Q BBQ.

    • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

  6. Winner Selection and Announcement:

    • The winner will be drawn at random and announced at the Easter Family Fun Day on April 19th, 2025.

    • The winner does not need to be present at the event to claim the prize. They will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form.

  7. Privacy:
