• Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry

• Swan Hill Gift Cards cannot be transferred to cash.

• The winner will be drawn by a representative of Swan Hill Incorporated at midday on 24 December. The winner will be notified by phone. Their name and entry will be published on the Swan Hill Incorporated Facebook page. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.

• The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
